While we do have on-staff coaches whom you can contact directly or at the shop for your personal training needs, we understand that coaching is about chemistry. Which is why we do not align ourselves with any coach in particular, nor do we promote any one style of coaching philosophy either. We simply provide you with the resources and let you make the decision. Below is just a list of coaches and resources we have worked with in the past, whom have served the athlete community for years. However, if there is a particular need you have, which you don’t think is being addressed with these resources, please let us know and we will be more than happy to help you find what is right for you. As with our coaches, we understand that our Training Groups might not fit your needs or schedule, which is why we have outlined below a few other Training Group options that you might want to look into and consider. These are all friends for Tri-Sition Area and have multiple programs to fit a variety of needs.
